After teaching myself to build web applications, I decided to earn my Computer Science degree from Eastern Michigan University.
I discovered a passion for the web through a career in the sale of online marketing products. As much as I loved helping small business owners take control of their online presence, I found myself a great deal more interested in the innerworkings of the products I was promoting. I found myself scrolling through the source code of my clients websites wondering what exactly it was, and how it became so magnificent. Where did it come from, and how did it get to my screen. I slowly began to realize how much incredible work I had been taking for granted for so long.
Since then, I've spent countless hours studying college curriculum, pouring over so much more free information available on the web, and putting my new found knowledge to practice every day. I've become a student of my craft, and so I shall remain.
